If the abaya arrives with a manufacturing defect or malfunction, it will be returned or exchanged and the customer compensated. 2. The product must be in its original condition and not used, and must be wrapped in the original packaging as received. 3. The following products are not subject to the exchange and return policy (discounts, unions, detached sleeves, and accessories). 4. The customer bears the shipping costs in case of exchange and return. 5. The refund is only for the returned products, and other fees such as shipping fees or cash on delivery fees are non-refundable. 6. Products cannot be exchanged or returned when requesting modifications to the abaya, such as adding a Taqtqa.
